“I absolutely love these bootcamp classes started by Brien Shamp, and taught by Tanya at the Burlingame location. Tanya is a rockstar, keeping the group motivated and moving while teaching variations to the exercises. I love the softer impact floors of this gymnasium. For someone with some aches and pains, such as myself, this is a huge plus. You get out of it what you put into it, and I’ve definitely regained endurance, flexibility and confidence from attending the classes. I’ve taken bootcamp classes at other gyms, but I like these the most.
As a side note, because I can’t help but include the following: This along with following Brien’s 5 Day Detox program as part of his 21 Day Bikini Body program has gotten me back on track with my eating and exercise. I really needed structure and support to get the ball rolling with both and I’ve been losing the weight that I want to! (8 pounds in the three weeks), and I’m continuing with the plan until I reach my goal weight and level of control with the foods I eat, while not letting myself get to the point of hunger). My first experience with Brien’s fitness and nutrition programs was last year when a good friend and yoga teacher told me about another of his 21 Day Detox programs. I followed that program and was successful in getting toned and losing weight. Thus, I’m back for more to complete my goals that I slacked off on for a while:). Thank you!”
