Saturday Trail Run & Hike Group Schedule

Welcome to the trail run and hike group page!

Every Saturday we will meet at one of the local trails at 7:00 am rain or shine.

This will be an extra cardio session for those of you in the boot camps (feel free to invite your friends and family members to these events).

It will also help those of you training for any of the mud runs like Tough Mudder.

We have monthly team events and we would love for you to join us. All levels welcome. See the schedule here: Team Schedule

These are my personal workouts and I am inviting you to join me at no cost.

I often get side tracked from my goals just like you and I know if I put my proposed training schedule out there, others will join and I will have to commit :)

These are not classes like our structured sessions for boot camps and not coaching sessions.

We will work together as a team, go at our own pace and work on getting better each week.

Schedule:

  • 5/4: Waterdog Lake-intersection of Lake and Lyall in Belmont

  • 5/18: Take Edgewood exit off I-280; right (west) on Edgewood to dead end at Canada Blvd.  Park on the left of Edgewood. This is officially Redwood City, 94062

  • Every Thursday there will be two additional meet-ups:
