In 1999, I was awarded First Place as the World’s Best Personal Trainer by Met-Rx. In 2010, I launched Belmont Boot Camp, Menlo Fit and Shamp’s Mini Camps. 2011 bought programs like TRX Boot Camp & Burlingame Boot Camp.  January 4, 2012,  Redwood City Boot Camp opened and  I am excited to help thousands more change the way they look and feel through the perfect nutrition, lifestyle and exercise formula.

    Boot Camp Programs around the Bay Area:

    Belmont Boot Camp – Belmont

    We offer indoor boot camps Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays & Fridays @ 6 – 6:50  am (*6 am Belmont Class Sold Out- Burlingame & Redwood City Are Available) &  7:10- 8:00 am at San Mateo Gymnastics in Belmont.

    Staring May 14th, we will be outside at Twin Pines Park @ The Meadow in Belmont from 9:30-10:30 am: Monday, Wednesday & Friday. *There is a baby sitting opportunity for the kids @ the 9:30 am class on Mondays & Wednesdays for $5.

    Burlingame Boot Camp

    This is an indoor boot camp offered Monday, Wednesday & Friday from 6-7 am & 7:10 am-8:10 am. We have the  same Results Producing format as the Belmont Boot Camp, but the class is 10 minutes longer to add more core training, including Pilates.     Redwood City Boot Camp

    This new indoor boot camp is offered Monday, Wednesday & Friday from 6-7 am.   The location of this camp is very convenient (right off 101).  This facility has one shower.

    Menlo Park Boot CampMenlo Park

    Attend an indoor adult fitness boot camp every day of the week from 6-10 am at the beautiful Arrillaga Family Gymnasium in Menlo Park. All classes are 50 minutes each. For more on the program go to: Menlo Park Boot Camp

    Specialized Small Group Boot Camps:

     

    TRX Boot Camp- Belmont

    Currently, there is a class on Tuesdays & Thursday’s @ 5:30 pm and we will be starting a Tuesday & Thursday 6am class on January 17th. This small group training program is 50 minute. Space is limited to 12 people so we can create the best training environment for RESULTS! This will be similar to a personal training session at 1/3 the cost.     Shamp’s Mini Camps - Belmont

    Shamp’s Mini Camp is at 5:15 pm on Mondays & Wednesdays for 50 minutes. Just like the TRX Class above, this will be similar to a personal training session at 1/3 the cost. This class will also incorporate the TRX, but we will use whatever it takes to get fit. Only 10 people per class given it is at our intimate personal training studio in Belmont.     On Saturday’s @ 7: 30 am, we have a FREE Community Class in the Menlo Park Location with the objective of getting the Bay Area to be the fittest in CA. Our goal is 50 people for the Saturday class.
